15th December 2016

On Sabbath 10 December, the Nigerian culture
was expressed in its fullest as over 100people came together for a day of fellowship. With lively singing, joyous
expression of gratefulness to God, and the auditorium arrayed with men and
women dressed in beautiful colourful costume, the day would definitely be
summed up as a colourful expression of worship.

Some of the highlights included a beautiful
musical rendition by Stephanie Anurukem singing ‘To God be the Glory’, and a time
of praise and worship, that brought the whole church together in one voice.
Pastor Richard Daly, BUC Communication and Media director, DSC_1374shared words of
appreciation and greetings on behalf of the Union of churches and Ike Anurukem
presented the midday sermon on the theme ‘Charity begins at home’.

This being one of a few times in the year that
Nigerian fellowship was organised, it was decided that further worship
experiences would continue in the future. Orient Lighthouse
