A Funafuti student meets one of the new mums.

Students at Funafuti Adventist School (Tuvalu) recently visited the maternity ward of the local hospital as part of their weekly community service activities.

The program began with the sharing of a Bible text followed by singing. The students said the outreach brought them joy and they would participate in similar activities in the future if given the chance.

Principal Kima Pedro said it’s all about building and maintaining relationships with others. “Moreover, it provides avenues for us to witness about Christ through our various activities.”
